The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Intern / Associate to join our business development & partnerships team. Think of this as your crash course in sales, partnerships, and startup growth. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, learn how fintech partnerships are built, and get first-hand exposure to scaling a high-impact company.

What You’ll Do

• Market Research & Outreach → Find and connect with potential partners (banks, insurers, fintechs)
• Pitch Support → Prepare decks, presentations, and client meeting materials
• Sales & Lead Generation → Help generate leads, follow up, and nurture relationships
• Growth Experiments → Test campaigns, pilots, and creative ways to drive traction
• Documentation → Keep CRM and reports up-to-date for leadership visibility
• On-Ground Exposure → Join meetings/travel to learn real-world partnership building

Who We’re Looking For

• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals (0–2 years exp)
• Strong communication skills (spoken + written)
• Self-driven, organized, and ready to hustle
• Bonus: Prior internship in sales, BD, or fintech
