Role Description


In the world of mass production, rarity is a discipline.

Esvee Atelier exists at the intersection of high-design and systemic precision. We are looking for a Growth & Relations Associate—an entry-level strategist who understands that every interaction is an opportunity to build gravity. This is not a role for a "salesperson"; it is a role for a storyteller who values data, detail, and the art of the long-term relationship.


You will be the primary engine supporting our Growth & Strategy desk. Your mission is to evaluate intent, orchestrate communication, and ensure that every node in our B2B network is activated.


  • Evaluating Intent:

    You will be the first filter. Your task is to distinguish between curiosity and genuine intent, ensuring that only the most aligned projects enter our production ecosystem.
  • Orchestrating Dialogue:

    You will manage the pulse of our lead communication. From the first inquiry to the final handshake, you ensure our brand voice remains consistent, elegant, and responsive.
  • Activating the Network:

    You will manage and nurture our channel partners—the Architects and Designers who form the backbone of our B2B growth. You are responsible for ensuring we remain their first choice for bespoke craft.
  • Stewardship of Success:

    Beyond the closure, you manage the client’s journey during our craft cycle. You ensure their success is not just a delivery, but a premium experience.

  • The "Value" Mindset: You understand that luxury is never sold on price; it is earned through trust and rarity.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in growth hacking strategies and sales techniques to facilitate business expansion.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to multitask and oversee the execution of projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative and self-driven attitude with a passion for design, craftsmanship, and providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Background or knowledge in design, furniture, or luxury markets is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a relevant field is preferred.
