• Plan, create, and post content on

  Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

• Ideate

  challenge-based content

  , reels, stories, and short-form posts aligned with Darely’s brand
• Track engagement, trends, and experiment with what works (hooks, formats, timing)
• Engage with users, creators, and commenters to build an active community

• Grow Darely’s presence across

  colleges and universities

• Connect with

  college clubs, societies, ambassadors, and influencers

• Help design and execute

  campus challenges, online contests, and referral drives

• Onboard early users and collect feedback directly from students

• Work on

  growth experiments

  (referrals, incentives, viral loops)
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to launch new features and challenges
• Identify platforms, communities, and channels where Darely’s audience lives
• Analyze what drives sign-ups, retention, and engagement

• Gather user feedback from social media and campus users
• Share insights with the team to improve product and community experience
• Help shape Darely’s early brand voice and positioning

• College students or recent graduates (any stream — passion matters more than degree)
• Active on social media and understands

  internet culture, memes, and trends

• Interested in

  startups, growth hacking, community building, or creator economy

• Comfortable reaching out to people online and offline
• Self-driven, proactive, and not afraid to experiment
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi is a plus)

• Real startup experience building a social platform from the ground up
• Direct mentorship from the founding team
• Ownership of real growth metrics and experiments
• Certificate & recommendation letter (based on performance)
• Opportunity to convert into a
