🌟 Work directly with the Founder on strategic growth projects and experiments
⚡ Launch and own 0-to-1 marketing initiatives and new acquisition channels
📈 Plan, execute & optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Email, WhatsApp & more
💡 Collaborate with product, design & content teams to craft high-converting campaigns and creatives
📊 Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, etc.) and use data to drive decisions
✉️ Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows to boost conversions
🧠 Drive new initiatives to improve funnel performance & lead quality
🤝 Collaborate across marketing, product, and sales for alignment and flawless execution
✅ 2–4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
✅ Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
✅ Strong understanding of customer funnels, lead generation & conversion optimization
✅ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Sheets, and CRM tools
✅ Excellent communication & storytelling skills
✅ A creative thinker with an eye for what converts
