 Growth & Marketing Analyst – Fashion DTC

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Ads & Performance Monitoring

  • Track 

    daily & weekly ad performance

     across Meta, Google, and influencer spends.
  • Monitor 

    ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate

    , and share insights with founders + performance agency.
  • Spot underperforming campaigns quickly and recommend creative/targeting changes.


2. Content & Creative Effectiveness

  • Analyze 

    which creatives, hooks, and influencers

     drive the best ROI.
  • Collaborate with Creative Head & Social Media Manager to feed 

    data-backed creative briefs

    .
  • Maintain a library of 

    winning vs. failing creatives

     for future campaigns.


3. Social Media & Community Insights

  • Monitor Instagram/TikTok/YouTube performance: engagement, reach, saves, traffic driven.
  • Provide weekly reports on 

    content-to-conversion

     (from post → website visits → sales).
  • Suggest content themes, hooks, or collaborations that resonate most with our audience.


4. Website & Funnel Tracking

  • Track website funnel: 

    traffic → add to cart → checkout → purchase

    .
  • Identify drop-offs (slow PDPs, cart abandons, low-converting SKUs) and work with Website Manager to fix.
  • Measure the impact of product page layouts, banners, and offers.


5. Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build dashboards (Google Data Studio / Excel / Sheets) for 

    ads, content, and sales performance

    .
  • Present 

    weekly growth reports

     to founders, highlighting key actions to take.
  • Partner with Growth Analyst to combine data across sales, ops, and marketing.

  • Who You Are (Requirements)

    • 1–3 years of experience in 

      growth marketing / analytics

       (DTC or fashion preferred).
    • Strong in 

      Google Sheets/Excel

      , familiarity with Shopify data, Meta/Google Ads dashboards.
    • Ability to interpret both 

      creative results (why a reel works)

       and 

      performance metrics

      .
    • Strong communication skills to align creative + ops + leadership.
    • Data-driven mindset with curiosity about fashion, culture, and youth trends.
