Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and driven team of professionals.
  • You''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of all Group PMO Hub India administration activities, enabling the team to focus on delivering impactful results. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and supporting event planning, and much more.
  • Youll specifically take care of organizing travel arrangements and maintaining records, but also supporting the Group PMO Hub Director with confidential administrative duties.

Well look to you for:

  • Coordinating new hire interview schedules and tracking hiring status for Group PMO Hub India
  • Welcoming and assisting interview candidates, guests, or vendors
  • Maintaining Group PMO schedules, room bookings, and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries for team members and global guests
  • Raising purchase order requests and following up on bills and settlements
  • Preparing agendas, collecting materials for meetings, and maintaining organized records
  • Performing data reporting for Group PMO KPIs and small team analysis
  • Providing confidential administrative support to the Group PMO Hub Director

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience as an administrator in an international corporate setting, with 7+ years as an Executive Assistant to Directors or above
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in event management (remote or in-person)
  • Proficiency in SAP systems for purchase order input and follow-up
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, flexible, and reliable attitude
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
