Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled administrative assistant to join our team at ALSTOM India Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide administrative support to the Group PMO.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Group PMO, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve goals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software applications.
