Job Title:

  • Manage multiple signage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Review technical and design documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and hold teams accountable for milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with city permitting requirements and signage regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, regardless of industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to interpret project documentation and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable with remote work and independently managing timelines and deliverables.
  • A willingness to learn the signage industry quickly is essential.
