Group Manager / Project Manager - Financial Investors

Role Overview: You will be taking on the role of a group manager at 1Lattice, where you will lead large delivery teams in the Financial Investors vertical. Your responsibilities will include guiding the research process, recommending impactful solutions, and assuming full ownership of project deliverables. As a group manager, you will play a crucial role in influencing senior-level thinking, driving high-quality research and analysis, and delivering compelling client presentations. Key Responsibilities: - End to end ownership of project delivery, leading high impact teams - Driving through leadership in projects, developing compelling approaches, frameworks, and solutions - Leading and delivering high-quality client presentations - Managing scope and delivery of projects, along with end-to-end client process management - Customizing project scope and services based on client requirements - Maintaining relationships with existing clients - Coordinating with Financial Investors domain partners to enhance project delivery - Leading project delivery and managing teams to drive customer satisfaction - Building and developing project delivery teams within your department - Playing an active role in recruitment processes Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Business Research, with a minimum of 3 years leading and managing teams in the research or consulting domain - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and client management skills - Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale research projects from start to finish - Expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies - Ability to create impactful proposals and tailored approaches for projects - Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence pitches - Consistent track record of academic excellence - Graduate degree with strong academic performance - Demonstration of leadership in educational and professional career - High drive and energy for delivering results,
