What you will do

Are you a passionate engineer to develop next Gen graphical user Interface for automotive application? Then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scrum teams that work with HMI SW development as well as systems engineering and functional safety.
• The key competence of the team is embedded C/C++, Python, Qt/QML and automated verification.
• Develop/contribute to building a strategy for the HMI activities.
• Have a good knowledge of SIPD to support teams on supplier management
• Help the teams to plan, control and follow up integration and verification activities.
• Estimate, Establish and follow up budget for integration and verification within the program.
• Identify and document stakeholders and their expectations for the HMI activities clearly.
• Evaluate new development tools and provide feedback and recommendations for right way of developing interfaces.
• Able to understand the roadmap for HMI from future perspective and inspire the team in foreseeing the roadmaps.

Required Competencies:

• B.E/M.Tech (Electrical or Electronics and Communication) with 10+ years experience in SW/HMI development in automobile industry
• Good Communication, Problem solving and analysis skills.
• Exposure to ECU and electrical network
• Good knowledge on Agile Methodology and principles
• Good knowledge of Electronic Systems & Functions in Automotive
• Adequate knowledge and skills in Truck Application Knowledge
• Good domain knowledge of the Driver Interface (HMI) can be plus
