Key Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate timely with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Report project progress and status updates to senior management.
Manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Identify and develop new subcontractors (subcons) as required.

Functional Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, layout marking, and supervise installation activities.
Coordinate with installation contractors and internal cross-functional teams.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of Systems and Lifts.
Ensure installation quality assurance and control at all project sites.
Implement and manage site safety protocols.
Monitor installation work measurements and certifications.
Prepare daily progress reports and share with management.
Attend weekly project review meetings and update progress to customers/PMCs.
Maintain strong customer and PMC relationships.
Certify contractor work and ensure timely billing and documentation.
Manage Lift installation projects in Pune and across Maharashtra.
Prepare and submit installation MIS reports.
