Job Description

As the Group HR Manager at Starizo, your role involves leading comprehensive HR operations across TVH Group entities, including TVH, Win Wind, Yuja Ventures, GSNR, and TM Bio Energy & Starizo. Your strategic responsibilities include aligning HR practices with business objectives through talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, HR systems, policy enforcement, and employee engagement. This position requires multi-location oversight from TVH Group offices and reports to the HR Manager at TVH, offering a salary range of 12-15 LPA (up to 30 LPA based on experience). Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and operational roles - Develop talent pipelines, manage partners/job portals/referrals/campus hiring - Drive employer branding for quality hires - Achieve 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act - Liaise with authorities, conduct audits, maintain records - Oversee appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI frameworks, goal alignment with business heads - Implement improvement plans, recognition, and compensation decisions - Design welfare programs, team-building, leadership development - Conduct surveys, feedback, and culture initiatives Qualifications & Experience: - MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred); professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) highly desirable - 8-12 years progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles; multi-location/group company exposure preferred - Proven expertise in Indian labour laws, full-cycle recruitment, performance systems, HRIS/analytics - Preferred: Manufacturing, engineering, renewables sectors; greenfield/scale-up experience; campus/leadership hiring In addition to the above, the job requires the following core competencies: Technical Competencies: - Advanced knowledge in recruitment strategies, labour law compliance, performance frameworks, HRIS/digital tools - Intermediate-Advanced skills in compensation, employee relations, policy development, training, HR analytics, change management Behavioural Competencies: - Strategic thinking, leadership influence, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, ethics, adaptability, results orientation, business acumen, emotional intelligence Success in this role will be measured by: - Translating business goals into HR strategies for performance and satisfaction - Ensuring zero non-compliance via proactive monitoring - Meeting hiring targets cost-effectively with high adoption of HR systems - Boosting engagement, reducing attrition, and optimizing processes through analytics and change management - Fostering a unified culture as a strategic HR partner Your skills should encompass end-to-end HR, recruitment, compliance, HRIS, employee engagement, leadership, performance management, training, hiring, analytics, management, and HR operations.,
