Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Collection Manager located in Balia. The Group Collection Manager will oversee and manage loan collection operations, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing delinquencies. Responsibilities include coordinating with the collections team, monitoring repayment trends, handling customer interactions, resolving disputes, reviewing customer creditworthiness, and implementing effective recovery strategies. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while achieving performance targets.

• Strong expertise in loan collections, credit management, and recovery operations
• Effective leadership, team management, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in communication, customer service, and dispute resolution
• Analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and repayment trends
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work on-site in Balia and manage field teams
• Relevant work experience in microfinance, banking, or similar industries
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is preferred
