Position: Greeter Location: Babulal Jewellers, Civil Lines, Raipur Department: MDO Reporting To: Sales Head Job Type: Full-Time) Job Summary: We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and customer-friendly Greeter to be the first point of contact for customers entering our jewellery store. Your primary role is to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with initial inquiries, and ensure customers are directed to the right sales associate for personalized service. Key Responsibilities: Greet all customers with a smile and friendly attitude as they enter the showroom. Offer assistance and guide them to the appropriate section or sales staff. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area. Provide basic information about current offers, collections, or store layout. Manage the customer waiting list during peak hours and ensure smooth flow. Handle customer queries courteously or refer them to the relevant team member. Ensure all visitors have a pleasant and professional first impression. Support the team during events, new launches, or promotional campaigns. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Positive, courteous, and proactive attitude. Ability to handle pressure during busy hours with a calm demeanor. Basic knowledge of jewellery is a plus (training will be provided). Show more Show less
