Greeter

Role Overview

As the Greeter in our luxury jewellery boutique, you will be the first impression of the brand. You play a pivotal role in welcoming guests, managing walk-in traffic, and ensuring that every visitor receives warm, personalized, and professional attention. Your presence sets the tone for an exceptional luxury experience, helping to create a positive atmosphere that aligns with the brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet every guest with warmth, elegance, and a confident smile
• Understand the purpose of the customer’s visit and direct them to the right consultant (RSO/FM)
• Offer beverages and make clients comfortable in the lounge or consultation areas
• Maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor at all times
• Ensure the "first impression experience" reflects premium service standards

Guest Flow Management

• Maintain a daily walk-in register and appointment schedule
• Inform RSOs/FMs of incoming high-value or VIP clients
• Ensure minimal wait time by alerting the team to attend customers quickly
• Assist with managing client traffic during peak hours, events, and festivals

Boutique Upkeep

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Keep brochures, catalogues, and refreshments well-stocked and presented
• Ensure display lights, fragrance, and ambience are maintained as per luxury retail standards

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team, cashier, and FM for seamless customer handoffs
• Help in managing customer service escalations until a designated executive takes over
• Maintain daily updates of footfall, VIP visits, and customer experience feedback

Key Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or front office roles
• Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages (Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
• Polished personality, pleasant appearance, and graceful body language
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional under pressure
