As a Greeter at Babulal Jewellers located in Civil Lines, Raipur, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for customers walking into our jewellery store. Your main responsibility involves creating a welcoming ambiance, addressing customer queries, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate sales associate for personalized assistance. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting all customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor upon their arrival at the showroom. You will offer guidance to the relevant section or sales staff, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area, and provide basic information about ongoing offers, collections, or store layout. During peak hours, you will manage the customer waiting list efficiently to ensure a smooth flow and handle customer inquiries courteously or direct them to the appropriate team member. In this role, you are expected to uphold a professional and well-groomed appearance, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive, courteous, and proactive attitude towards customers. While prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred, individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Additionally, having basic knowledge of jewellery would be advantageous, although training will be provided to enhance your skills in this area.
