Role Overview

Candidates preferred from Bangalore.

We are looking for a multi-skilled creative professional with expertise in both graphic design and videography to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role blends creativity with technical skill to create engaging digital content for social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
  • Design eye-catching creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, emailers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create brand-aligned layouts, infographics, brochures, and promotional assets.
  • Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animations for campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
Videography & Video Editing
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and event footage.
  • Edit videos with engaging transitions, text overlays, music, and sound effects.
  • Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts videos) and long-form content for storytelling.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and creative needs.
  • Suggest innovative creative ideas for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on design, video, and digital marketing trends to produce fresh and relevant content.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment and furniture industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Expertise in video production – from planning to final editing.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creativity with a strong visual storytelling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of social media content formats and platform requirements.

Preferred

  • Experience with product photography and lighting setups.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
