Area Sales Manager - Offline

The job is located in West Bengal and requires handling the region as a field job. The salary offered is up to Rs. 30,000 CTC per month with 6 working days and a notice period from immediate to 30 days. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales and the position is open only to male candidates. As a Marketing Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing leadership team and Distributor by providing organizational and administrative support for various projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting the marketing director in implementing effective programs that meet company and client objectives. You will also be involved in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support activities to drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution. Your role will require you to collaborate with clients to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at brand building and lead generation. It is essential to align these campaigns with the company's overall goals and sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, contributing to lead-generation activities, and assisting in customer-acquisition efforts through sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events. The key skills required for this position include 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, understanding of the local market and consumer behavior, adherence to deadlines and budget guidelines, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven success in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on experience in campaign development and promotions.
