Area Sales Manager - Offline

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the West Bengal region in a field job. Your main tasks will include providing organization and administrative support for various projects to the marketing leadership team and Distributor. Additionally, you will assist in delivering effective programs that align with company and client objectives, drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, and execute marketing strategies to promote products and sales. You will also collaborate with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support marketing leadership team and Distributor through organization and administrative support for various projects. - Assist in delivering effective programs to achieve company and client objectives. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and sales. - Meet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation. - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities. - Assist in opening new warehouse/showroom. - Develop sales process, CRM processes, and business rules for all distribution and channel partner sales. - Manage relationships between the company and its vendors or suppliers. - Add new vendors/dealers/distributors in the business. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior. - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member. - Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions.
