Job Description

As a Marketing Support Executive handling the West Bengal region, your role will involve supporting the marketing leadership team and Distributor by providing organizational and administrative assistance for various projects. You will work closely with the marketing director to deliver effective programs that align with company and client objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in driving brand awareness, trial, and distribution through the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Support marketing leadership team and Distributor in various projects - Assist in delivering effective marketing programs to achieve company and client objectives - Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support activities - Plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns - Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities - Assist in opening new warehouse/showroom - Develop sales process, CRM processes, and business rules for distribution and channel partner sales - Manage relationships between the company and vendors or suppliers - Add new vendors/dealers/distributors to the business Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member - Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to have experience in B2B sales, dealer, and distribution (channel) sales. This full-time, permanent role requires male candidates with a notice period of immediate to 30 days. You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
