Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience who can design professional-grade graphics, edit compelling marketing videos, and create visually consistent PowerPoint presentations. This role demands expertise across static, animated, and video formats with a strong sense of brand identity and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-impact visuals for digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and ads.

Develop creative offline materials such as brochures, flyers, product catalogs, hoardings, banners, and event branding assets.

Create visually stunning, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for marketing, sales, product overviews, and client pitches.

Conceptualize, edit, and produce professional-quality videos including product demos, brand videos, explainer clips, promotional reels, and YouTube Shorts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Develop basic animations or motion graphics (GIFs, text overlays, logo animations) to enhance content.

Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to execute campaigns and communicate technical information visually.

Manage end-to-end creative projects from ideation to final delivery.

Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms and formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing for digital and print media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Strong expertise in motion graphics and video storytelling.

Excellent PowerPoint design skills for clean, engaging business presentations.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.

A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative design and video work.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industrial or B2B sectors like steel, manufacturing, or construction.

Familiarity with Canva and CorelDRAW (as supplementary tools).

Knowledge of UI/UX basics for web banners, landing pages, etc.

Fluency in regional languages (like Tamil) for localized content is a plus.

Photography and on-set experience (for shoots or content planning) is a bonus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
