Our office is situated in Vikhroli, Mumbai, and we provide a rotational shift schedule with the option for in-office work. Job Description We are in search of a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a mandatory proficiency in InDesign. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of print formats and finishing processes, exceptional attention to detail, and a sharp eye for English grammar. Essential qualities include the ability to collaborate effectively with client agencies and team members, as well as familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The candidate should also be adept at image retouching and manipulation and have a thorough understanding of brand and corporate guidelines to ensure design element consistency. Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, if necessary, is a prerequisite. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in InDesign being mandatory. Education: Any graduate or undergraduate degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is a must. Experience in a studio environment with a focus on print-related projects and knowledge of print formats and finishing processes. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for English grammar. Understanding of brand and corporate guidelines to ensure consistency in design elements. Ability to collaborate effectively with client agencies and team members. Comfortable with image retouching and manipulation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe XD is advantageous. Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Outlook for communication and organizational tasks.
