Graphic & Web Designer

At InfoGlobal, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Graphic & Web Designer to join our team permanently and play a crucial role in elevating our brand and client projects.

What You'll Do:

• Design striking visual content—including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital banners, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, and more—that captivates and communicates effectively.
• Create engaging and user-friendly website design layouts and UI elements aligned with client goals, enhancing user experience across devices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and quality deliverables.
• Manage and maintain design assets, templates, and style guides to streamline production efficiency.
• Incorporate client feedback and rapidly iterate on designs to meet evolving project needs.
• Optionally, apply your interest and skills in WordPress development: setting up, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, installing themes/plugins, and performing routine site updates and optimizations.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Proven experience (1-3 years+) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and versatility.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Fundamentals of web design principles, UI/UX sensibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in WordPress development is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and articulate design ideas effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Eagerness to grow, learn new tools, and adapt to dynamic digital trends.
