Designation Offered: Graphic Designer Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0β3 years Reporting To: Creative Head / Digital Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities Creative Design & Visual Communication β Design engaging graphics for digital platforms including websites, apps, social media, blogs, ads, emails, and presentations. β Create branding assets such as logos, business cards, banners, brochures, flyers, and product mockups. β Support UI/UX designers by contributing to layout elements, icons, and component-level design. β Develop design concepts and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback. Digital & Marketing Collateral β Design promotional materials for online campaigns, Google Ads, and social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). β Create animated graphics or motion reels for reels, explainers, and UI transitions (optional, if skilled). β Collaborate with content writers and marketing team to deliver visually aligned creatives for campaigns. Tools & Assets Management β Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials. β Manage design libraries, style guides, and reusable templates. β Ensure timely delivery of creatives with accuracy and attention to detail. Desired Candidate Profile β Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. β 1β3 years of experience in a graphic design role (IT or agency background preferred). β Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma. β Knowledge of basic UI/UX design principles is a plus. β Good understanding of color theory, typography, lay out, and modern design trends. β Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills. β Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a problem-solving mindset.
