The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Graphic Web Designer

who will play a critical role in shaping the visual communication of our educational interventions and marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to student learning experiences while showcasing your creative and technical expertise.

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and develop marketing collaterals including banners, flyers, posters, logos, brochures, infographics, and display ads.
Create visuals for web pages, landing pages, email templates, GIFs, and social media campaigns.
Work with tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop new concepts for brand visualization and optimization.
Responsible for both graphic and web marketing deliverables across assigned verticals.
Design website layouts and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
Collaborate with the B2B team and support client interactions, including occasional travel.

Desirable Qualifications And Skills

2–3 years of experience as a graphic and web designer.
Proficient in modern design tools and web development technologies.
Strong aesthetic sense, communication, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Capable of both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
