Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand partners' visions, developing logos, and working on various branding projects. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing graphic design software, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring design consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Create visually compelling designs for social media, website, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop static and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualise campaigns.
• Design 3D models and product visuals when required.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication and maintain high-quality output.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and design software like Blender/Figma.
• Strong knowledge of colour theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing static, motion, and 3D design work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in video editing and animation.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
