As a Web & Graphic Designer at Fact, you will be joining a dynamic marketing team during an exciting period as we embark on a significant overhaul of our website and enhance our marketing efforts. Your role will involve bringing the brand to life through web, product, and digital campaigns by working on creating fresh designs and refining existing work from other designers. Your daily tasks may include updating website pages using Webflow, developing marketing materials for social media and campaigns, and collaborating with the development team to enhance the visual appeal of Fact ERP.NG. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update the Webflow website to ensure current, accurate, visually engaging content following best SEO practices - Create clear and compelling marketing materials for digital, social media, and campaign purposes - Apply established design guidelines, standards, and best practices for Fact ERP.NG - Ensure brand consistency across the website, product, and marketing assets in collaboration with UI/UX designers - Utilize the appropriate tools for quick-turnaround projects and detailed design work, working efficiently - Stay updated on design trends, web standards, and relevant technology tools - Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs within stipulated timelines Requirements: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in web design and graphic design for digital media - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and marketing design with attention to detail and consistency - Proficiency in Webflow designing - Familiarity with graphic design tools ranging from platforms like Canva to professional software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote or distributed teams - Comfortable with managing stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and aligning expectations - Ownership of work from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output - Proficiency in basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS) for minor website changes and correct implementation of designs Role Details: - Compensation: Between 3,00,000-5,00,000 based on candidate experience - Location: Onsite work required at the Indian headquarters in Kolkata - Start Date: Candidate expected to start soon after receiving an offer Applications for this role will close on Friday, September 5th at 11:59 P.M.
