Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Web UI Designer cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to create engaging and user-friendly web interfaces along with impactful graphic designs for various platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that the designs align with the company’s branding and user experience goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design intuitive, user-centric web interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate functional designs.

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of design into the final product.

Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Conduct UI/UX audits to improve site usability and user experience.

Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.

Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, social media creatives, newsletters, and infographics.

Develop visually appealing graphics for both web and print mediums.

Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.

Create custom illustrations, icons, and logos as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports brand identity and strategy.

Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and graphic design.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for UI/UX improvements.

Use A/B testing and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions about design improvements.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3-5 years of experience required in Web UI design, graphic design, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline.

Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proficiency in (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel DRAW, etc.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
