Graphic & UI Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Swadhin IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will design stunning graphics for digital campaigns and intuitive user interfaces for websites and web applications.

You must have a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI design skills, along with a passion for clean, modern design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, web banners, and marketing materials
• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for websites and web apps
• Work closely with developers to ensure UI/UX consistency and responsiveness
• Develop brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and design systems
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams
• Maintain consistency across all visual elements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to create responsive web designs and mobile layouts
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and grid systems
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of Canva for quick content
• Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
