Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including print, digital, packaging, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theory, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, banners, email graphics, and social media assets. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives. Prepare final artwork for production, including print-ready files and digital assets. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through execution. Maintain and organize graphic files, including logos, images, and final designs. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across multiple media. Excellent understanding of layout, color, typography, and print production. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
