Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and motivated experienced graphic designer who is excited about social media content, visuals and short-form videos. This role is focused on creating high-impact graphics, short videos and reels for Instagram and LinkedIn, while also contributing ideas to improve content performance and engagement.

You don’t need years of experience—but you must have curiosity, a good design eye, and a willingness to learn and experiment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Design-

• Create static posts, carousels, and banners for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Design content that is clean, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Adapt designs for different formats (feed, carousel, stories, reels)

Video & Reel Creation-

• Edit short videos and reels for social media platforms
• Add captions, on-screen text, simple animations, and transitions
• Repurpose existing content into short-form video formats

Content & Creative Support-

• Assist in brainstorming visual content ideas and formats
• Suggest new layouts, reel styles, and creative approaches
• Stay updated with social media visual trends (design-focused)

Brand Consistency & Execution-

• Maintain consistency in design, colors, fonts, and layouts
• Create reusable templates to speed up content production
• Work closely with the marketing/content team for timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have-

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
• Interest in social media content creation and design
• Basic understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content formats
• Willingness to learn and improve video editing skills

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)-

• Experience with video editing tools.
• Personal or college-level experience creating social media content
• Awareness of reel trends, hooks, and visual storytelling
