Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Grid, you'll play a key role in our creative journey, ensuring our brand is engaging, innovative, and visually powerful. You'll work across a variety of design projects from UI/UX interfaces to social media visuals, presentations, and print materials. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams, turning concepts into designs that align with our goals and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

Create engaging visuals for a range of materials for product and marketing, including UI/UX, social media, presentations, infographics, campaigns, print, and editorial materials.
Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams, ensuring your designs align with Grid's brand identity and business objectives.
From concept to execution, you'll be responsible for ensuring each design is cohesive, visually compelling, and consistent with our brand voice.
Explore new creative approaches and design techniques, helping us keep our brand fresh and dynamic while pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a degree in a design-related field, and a standout portfolio that highlights your creativity and design expertise.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and openness to learn new softwares.
Experience with Webflow is a huge advantage.
Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and incorporate feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design quality.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative designs.
