What You’ll Do

As our in-house Graphic Designer & Videographer, you’ll be responsible for translating Kaboodle’s visual identity and storytelling into compelling digital and print creatives across formats and channels.


1. Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta (statics, carousels, infographics, quote cards, reels covers)

Create BTL collateral like brochures, event standees, merchandise artwork, whitepaper design, and sales kits. 

Work closely with content writers and marketing leads to translate messaging into a strong visual design.

Follow and maintain Kaboodle’s brand design system — typography, colour palette, visual metaphors, and iconography

Support design needs for product mockups, teacher guides, and classroom aids


2. Video Creation & Editing Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and edit short-form reels for Instagram and LinkedIn (30–45s)

Edit teaser videos, product explainer clips, and testimonial snippets

Add simple motion graphics/text overlays that align with Kaboodle’s caregiver tone (no harsh transitions or overly corporate styles)

Adapt pre-recorded sessions into bite-sized highlight edits for social media or WhatsApp sharing


Skills & Tools Required

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)

Canva (for quick collaborative design needs)

Basic understanding of layout, hierarchy, and accessibility in visual design

Visual storytelling instincts, especially for educator-first or emotion-first narratives

Ability to work with and adapt to an existing brand tone and visual language

Good eye for photography, typography, and colour theory


Nice-to-Have (But Not Mandatory)

Experience in AI image and video generation

Motion design (simple animations or Lottie files)

Understanding of branding systems and working with multi-stakeholder content
