Kaboodle Innovations, a Noida-based education organisation, is hiring Academic Sales Managers to work autonomously from a remote location (Kolkata).

📍 Location: Kolkata (West Bengal)

🌱 About the Role:

You will be the bridge between visionary school leaders and Kaboodle’s hands-on, holistic Foundational Stage Curriculum (Nursery to Grade 2)— rooted in the latest research, designed for real classrooms.

💼 Your Impactful Role Involves:

✅ Identifying forward-thinking schools, ready to shift from rote learning to experiential learning.

✅ Identifying the problems faced by School Owners, Principals, HMs, and Coordinators and sensitising them with real solutions.

✅ Leading engaging demos and conversations that open doors to real transformation

✅ Organising high-impact workshops to spark awareness and upskilling.

✅ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.

✅ Staying on top of educational trends

🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

💐 Has experience in school sales or early years teaching (especially in IB/progressive schools)

💐 Understands the CBSE/ICSE/State/IB education landscape

💐 Is a skilled communicator who can inspire trust and spark change

💐 Is ready for regular inter-city travel to meet educators on the ground

💐 (Bonus) Is an ex-educator, Vice Principal, Headmistress or Early Years Academic Head
