Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional who will primarily design daily social media posts across our platforms, with secondary responsibility for supporting our senior video editor. This hybrid role ensures timely, on-brand visual content and effective video assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Graphics Production

• Design engaging visual content (static images, quote cards, infographics) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Adapt visuals to platform-specific sizes and formats.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain visual identity.

Video Editing Assistance (Minor Role)

• Support the senior editor by trimming footage, adding captions, and applying simple transitions.
• Export and optimize videos for social media formats and resolutions.

Collaborative Workflow

• Work closely with content writers and the marketing team to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
• Maintain a well-organized asset library (PSD, AI files, raw footage, project files).

Trend Insight

• Stay updated on current design trends and platform best practices to boost engagement.
• Experiment with new templates and visual styles as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media graphic design; freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva or equivalent tools.
• Basic video editing capabilities using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools; motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight daily deadlines.
• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and ability to work well within a team.
• Bonus: experience with basic animation (GIFs, text overlays) or video captioning.
