We help businesses craft credible narratives, build trust with their stakeholders, and stand out in competitive markets. To bring these stories to life visually, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a designer who can translate brand strategy into compelling visuals. From investor presentations to LinkedIn creatives, you’ll design content that balances aesthetics with business communication—ensuring our clients stand out with credibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce visual assets across multiple formats: social media creatives, reports, presentations, websites, newsletters, and campaigns
2. Work closely with the content, strategy, and client teams to align designs with brand positioning
3. Create infographics, layouts, and illustrations to simplify complex business/financial concepts
4. Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, and visual language across all platforms
5. Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop
6. Design vector-based graphics, icons, and brand elements using Adobe Illustrator
7. Adapt and re-purpose designs for multiple platforms including LinkedIn, websites, and email

What We’re Looking For:

1. 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, branding, or corporate communication domains.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Canva is a plus)
3. Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual hierarchy
4. Ability to translate business/financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals
5. Detail-oriented with strong layout and presentation design skills
6. Basic Finance knowledge is a must
7. Based in Mumbai with availability for in-person collaboration and client interactions
