Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who can craft compelling visuals for digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong traditional design foundations (typography, color, layout, branding) and the ability to leverage modern design tools, including AI-driven design solutions, to work faster and smarter.

This role requires a designer who is both a visual storyteller and a creative problem-solver, able to adapt to diverse client needs, industries, and formats.

• Create engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print collaterals, packaging, and branding projects.
• Develop brand identities, logos, typography systems, and brand guidelines.
• Apply principles of typography, composition, and color theory to all design work.
• AI & Modern Tools : Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway) for ideation, mood boards, and creative exploration.
• Leverage AI for workflow efficiency automating repetitive tasks (background removal, resizing, image generation).
• Stay updated on emerging design technologies and suggest innovative uses for client projects.
• Work closely with social media managers, copywriters, and account managers to execute campaigns.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into strategically aligned visual concepts.
• Design static and motion assets for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create simple animations, GIFs, and video overlays using After Effects or AI-driven motion tools.
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, DPI specs) and digital-optimized assets for multiple platforms.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, digital design, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Figma.

• Typography (hierarchy, pairing, kerning, readability).
• Color theory and brand psychology.
• Layout, composition, and grid systems.
• Brand identity development.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI).
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics for digital platforms.
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and communication skills.
