We are a dynamic organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and creating strong brand identities for businesses. We are looking for a talented and creative Female Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team based in Connaught Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, proficiency in advanced design tools, and the ability to translate concepts into stunning visuals that engage and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Visual Storytelling
• Conceptualize and design visually compelling creatives for digital & print (social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, etc.).
• Develop creative assets for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, paid ads, and offline collaterals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop impactful visual campaigns.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Create short videos, animations, and motion graphics for social media, promotional campaigns, and client projects.
• Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Final Cut Pro.
• Brand Consistency & Innovation
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs while exploring innovative designs and trends.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and effective.
• Collaborative Work
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing Team, and external vendors.
• Support the team by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and handling feedback constructively.
• Asset Management
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital/creative agency or corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in video editing tools: CapCut, Final Cut Pro, InShot, etc.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into effective designs.
• Strong storytelling ability through visual content.
• Good grasp of design principles for both digital and print mediums.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with leadership capability (preferred).

Preferred Certifications (Any 2–3 of the following)

• Adobe Certified Professional (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Adobe Premiere Pro Certification
• Adobe After Effects Certification
• Canva Certified Creative (CCC)
• Video Editing & Storytelling Certification (Coursera / Udemy / Skillshare)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
