We are looking for Graphic Designer with 3-8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including logos, website elements, social media graphics, advertisements, Pitch decks, catalogue, brochure, etc.
• Hands on experience in creating creatives for Meta ads and Google ads for lead generation
• Leverage AI design tools (such as midjourney and Pebley) to streamline and enhance the design process.
• Collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams to create designs that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Implement AI-powered design automation for repetitive tasks, helping to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
• Use AI-driven insights to enhance creativity and produce data-informed design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design and AI tools to incorporate new techniques and methodologies into your work.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and design principles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Sensei, Canva with AI, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) for enhancing creativity, automating processes, or generating design assets.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Knowledge of web design and user interface (UI/UX) design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a passion for integrating technology into the creative process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI tools in the context of content creation, automation, and creative ideation. Experience in 3D design or motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
