SEES – Strategic Engagement & Event Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design
creative and impactful event collaterals
including:
Stage backdrops, thematic branding, and event signage
Exhibition booths, experiential zones, and product display graphics
Event invitations, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
Develop
concept boards, mood boards, and design themes
for upcoming events.
Collaborate closely with the
events, production, and client servicing teams
to align designs with project vision.
Create
digital assets
for event promotions on social media, emailers, and online campaigns.
Prepare
print-ready files
and liaise with vendors to ensure quality output.
Maintain
brand consistency
across all materials while infusing fresh creative concepts.
Stay ahead of
industry design trends
to keep SEES’ event visuals cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
.
5+ years of experience
in
event-specific graphic design
.
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects/3D software is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing
event-related design work
.
Understanding of
print production processes, materials, and specifications
.
Exceptional eye for detail, color, and typography.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a
fast-paced events environment.
