### **Job Summary**

StilliAds Media & Marketing Company is seeking a creative and passionate **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for social media, branding, advertisements, and web projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to produce designs that effectively communicate client brands and drive engagement.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Design engaging and on-brand visuals for digital and print media, including:

* Social media posts, ads, and stories

* Brand logos and corporate identity materials

* Brochures, flyers, and packaging

* Website banners and UI elements

* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design campaign creatives and ad visuals.

* Develop visual concepts and templates that align with each client’s brand identity.

* Stay updated on current design trends, social media aesthetics, and industry best practices.

* Prepare final designs for production or digital upload with proper dimensions and quality.

* Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

* Maintain and organize a creative asset library for easy access and reusability.

### **Required Skills & Competencies**

* Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva**, or similar tools.

* Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout composition.

* Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.

* Basic knowledge of **social media design standards** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Ability to take constructive feedback and make design improvements quickly.

* Good communication skills and attention to detail.

* Time management and multitasking ability.

### **Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)**

* Experience with **video editing tools** (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

* Knowledge of **UI/UX design tools** like Figma or Adobe XD.

* Photography or illustration skills.

* Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new styles.

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field**.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
