Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and Execute Social Media Strategy for enhancing the Brand and expanding the outreach of the company in order to generate large number of leads.

2. Design regular social media content - posts, videos, reels, stories, blogs, infographics etc. for all social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Whatsapp) of the company.

3. Regularly update the different franchise outlets of the company with interesting videos and posts, specially on occasions.

4. Run paid advertisements for the company to generate leads.

5. Design menu, banner, standees, sliders, combos and other such materials for the company and its clients.

6. Take initiative in understanding company's business and marketing strategy in order to reach out to a larger audience across India.

7. Basic knowledge of SEO to get more traffic on the company website and also increase subscribers on different social media handles of the company.

8. Must be part of any event or inauguration that the company is organizing and take necessary responsibility of a social media manager to gather more audience for the day and promote the event.

9. Develop social media content for the brand to attract more audience.

10. Be proactive in multitasking and work in close coordination with the sales team in understanding the different needs of the various clients.

11. Take charge of and work on updating the company website. Work on SEO and creating backlinks for the website to get more traffic.

Skills Required:

1. Must possess knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Canva, Photo and Video Editing tools and other professional software.

2. Preferable if have basic knowledge of using Semrush or other SEO tools.

3. Must have a Diploma/Degree in Designing with minimum 2 years of professional experience of working in this sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
