Are you a creative and passionate designer with a knack for social media? We’re a fast-growing, early-stage women’s footwear brand looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to help us elevate our visual identity and engage our community online. We retail through all leading marketplaces, have been seen on the runway, been covered by leading media channels & have exciting plans to grow. Location: Delhi NCR only (Work is hybrid) Responsibilities: 1) Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for web, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements that resonate with our target audience, after understanding the brand aesthetic & visual identity. 2) Social Media Management: Be on top of trends & ideate about what has to be posted along with engaging the community on stories. 3) Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, videos, and reels for product launches, promotions, sales, and brand storytelling. Creating emailers for weekly promotions & ad assets. Qualifications: Proven Experience - 1+ years of graphic design and social media management experience, preferably with a D2C or fashion or lifestyle brand. Education - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field. However, your skills will be considered over your degree. Design Skills - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools like Canva, Capcut. Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus. Be comfortable with prompt writing & usage of AI. Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of trends and best practices across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
