Update and maintain internal databases and case management systems with accurate and timely information. Assist in the preparation of immigration appeals, if necessary. Compliance and Ethics : Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in the provision of immigration services. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism. Comply with data protection and privacy regulations when handling client data. Administrative Support : Assist in organizing and coordinating immigration-related events, seminars, or workshops. Support marketing and business development activities, such as preparing promotional materials or maintaining online platforms. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not always required. Dari/Farsi language skills will be given preference. Prior experience working in an immigration consultancy firm, law firm, or similar environment is advantageous. Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, including visa types and application processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
