.As a Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in shaping visually compelling experiences across digital platforms. You will transform marketing strategies into creative visual assets for web, mobile, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling. Collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams, you will contribute to campaigns and projects that captivate audiences while meeting business objectives. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote work environment, ideal for a designer who thrives on balancing creativity with strategic thinking. Your designs will directly influence user engagement, elevate brand presence, and support impactful digital communications.
Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver engaging visuals for web, mobile, and social media that align with brand identity and marketing goals
- Develop creative concepts from ideation to final execution with minimal supervision
- Ensure cohesive user experience and visual consistency across all digital channels
- Apply accessible and inclusive design principles to reach diverse audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaigns and new initiatives
- Produce production-ready assets and coordinate with developers for seamless implementation
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design (UI/UX, visual design, or related roles)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, problem-solving through design, and user-centered thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), with familiarity in prototyping tools like Sketch or InVision
- Skilled in branding, illustration, iconography, layout design, and animation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience in agile or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Bonus: experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or knowledge of healthcare/health-tech industries
