Job Description

Creative Design Development – Create engaging and innovative designs for digital (social media, websites, ads) and print (brochures, flyers, packaging, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
Brand Consistency – Ensure all design outputs maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity, color schemes, typography, and visual tone.
Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Timely Project Delivery – Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality creatives within agreed deadlines.
Market Trend Research – Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and competitor strategies to create fresh and modern designs.
UI/UX Support – Assist in website and app design projects by creating wireframes, banners, layouts, and interactive elements.
Social Media Creatives – Design eye-catching posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives to boost engagement and brand presence.
Print-Ready Files – Prepare accurate, high-resolution, and production-ready files for vendors and printers.
Feedback Implementation – Incorporate feedback from team leads and clients to improve designs while maintaining creativity.
Performance Reporting – Maintain a portfolio of completed designs, track engagement on digital creatives, and present results in review meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,215.13 - ₹15,000.00 per month
