Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/B.A./MBA/PGDM/M.A./Master’s in Marketing/PR/Branding/Advertising/Mass Communication/Media Studies/Digital Marketing.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in

  graphic design, digital content creation, and creative communication

  .
• Proficiency in design tools such as

  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva

  , etc.
• Experience in

  developing wall art, festoons, posters, brochures, exhibition materials, digital creatives, and social media graphics

  .
• Familiarity with

  IEC (Information, Education & Communication) initiatives

  in government or development projects is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design

  creative visual content

  including posters, wall art, festoons, leaflets, brochures, infographics, and banners.
• Support

  digital and print campaigns

  by developing engaging graphics aligned with the project’s IEC objectives.
• Create impactful

  illustrations and layouts

  for community awareness programs, workshops, and exhibitions.
• Develop

  digital content

  for websites, social media platforms, and mobile campaigns.
• Ensure design outputs are

  culturally relevant, visually appealing, and easy to understand

  for diverse rural and urban audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure

  consistent visual identity

  across platforms.
• Provide innovative ideas for

  outdoor media campaigns

  (wall paintings, hoardings, kiosks, etc.) in rural and semi-urban regions.
• Deliver designs within project timelines and ensure high-quality standards in all creative outputs.
