· 5 + years of experience as Content designer in creative or marketing or advertising agency
· Prior experience in handling mobile SIM creative design will be prefered
· Preferably a BE /B Des / M Des or fine arts from good engineering or design colleges like NID with relevant design certifications
· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe communicator, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Spark, AfterEffects, InDesign ,Corel draw , Power point advanced and MS Power BI)
· Experience in designing images and infographics for websites, Social media, documents , logos, banners design experience (digital and outdoor), designing videos is mandatory
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details with strong layout and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
· Time-management skills with acute vision
· Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn from the design perspective
· Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
a. Study design briefs and determine requirements
b. Conceptualise visuals based on requirements such as digital ads, digital banners social media posts, e-mailers, blog-related visuals etc
c. Design video ads
d. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
e. Develop illustrations, logos ,banners and other designs using relevant software
f. Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
g. Ability to absorb and apply recommendations from peers as per the deliverables
