Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that elevates Palmonas’ brand identity. This role involves working closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for campaigns, product launches, social media, website, packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Development

• Develop visually appealing graphics that align with Palmonas’ brand aesthetics.
• Brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product stories, and visual communications.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create high-quality imagery, reels/thumbnails, banners, layout designs, and other creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design ads for performance marketing (Meta, Google, Pinterest ads).

Website & E-commerce

• Design website banners, product highlights, landing pages, and UI-related graphics.
• Ensure visual consistency across the website and product listings.

Product & Lifestyle Graphics

• Enhance product photos through retouching, color correction, and layout design.
• Collaborate with photographers/videographers for shoots and post-production.

Print & Packaging

• Create packaging designs, brochures, lookbooks, and offline marketing material when required.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, brand, and merchandising teams to meet design requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience (jewelry, fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand design.
• Experience in product retouching and creative visual storytelling.
• Basic video editing and motion graphic skills are an advantage (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
