Graphic Designer

As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating and capturing engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned visuals for both offline and online marketing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, designing, and executing creative content that attracts, informs, and drives engagement from potential investors, buyers, and the wider audience. Key Responsibilities 1. Physical Marketing Collateral · Design leaflets, brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, standees, banners, and event creatives for site promotions and investor meet-ups. · Ensure all offline materials maintain brand consistency and are tailored to the real estate sector. · Work closely with the sales & marketing team for project launches and site events. 2. Digital Marketing Content · Capture and shoot photos/videos of sites, projects, events, and staff activities using cameras, drones, or other equipment. · Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and Stories. · Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, drone shots, testimonials, reels, and event highlights. · Collaborate with the digital team to ideate and execute campaigns that drive investor interest and engagement. · Deliver high-quality thumbnails, infographics, carousel posts, and other digital assets. 3. Brand Development · Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the company across all platforms. · Experiment with AI-powered design tools for quicker and innovative content creation. · Propose creative ideas to improve social media presence and investor communication. Requirements · 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing). · Strong proficiency in: o Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
